Here at Soulrise Yoga, we believe that movement and breath are the key to a happy and healthy mind. Our goal is to elevate the mood of all our clients by practicing various styles and levels of yoga. Our teachings are rooted in vinyasa flow but we welcome all types of yogis and teachers to our facility. You may see an Ashtanga or Hatha class here and there, depending on who is around!
Emily has been practicing yoga on and off for ten years. While in her early twenties Emily started a daily practice and hasn’t taken a break since. As a former gymnast, the physical practice of yoga has always come as second nature to Emily, but after finding what yoga can do for the mind and heart she knew she had to share yoga with the world. With her 200- hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification in Vinyasa Flow, Emily loves to get the class moving and grooving! She strives to bring a smile to her students face with every practice.
When she’s not on the mat, you can find Emily dancing around her kitchen with her 13 year old “puppy” Daisy or traveling around the world visiting friends and trying new foods.
